Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team specializing in marble and tiles. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the construction and interior design industry and have a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and designers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can work independently and as part of a team. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, promoting and selling our premium marble and tile products to a diverse clientele. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with vast opportunities for personal and professional growth.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on maximizing sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Track sales performance metrics to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide clients with product knowledge and technical expertise on marble and tiles.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s products.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and target areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably within the marble and tile industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and interior design trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ORACLE ERP software.
  • language spoken:  English, Arabic and Hindi will be an advantage
