Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Bilingual Content Writer with expertise in English and Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting engaging, SEO-optimized content and have the ability to translate and write company policies with precision and clarity. Candidates with additional language skills will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Write, translate and localize company policies and other formal documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity and cultural relevance in both English and Arabic.
• Create SEO-optimized blog posts and articles tailored for bilingual audiences, ensuring they are informative, engaging and aligned with the brands tone.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and search rankings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide innovative content ideas for various projects.
• Ensure all content adheres to industry and company standards, including compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Proofread, edit and refine content to maintain high standards of grammar, accuracy and consistency.
• Track content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies to enhance engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content writing, translation and policy writing, with a portfolio showcasing work in English and Arabic.
• Ability to translate and write formal documentation, such as company policies, terms and conditions, and contracts.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Translation or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.

• Knowledge of legal writing standards for formal policy drafting.
• Familiarity with brand awareness strategies and crafting content that resonates with target audiences.
