You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  • The UI/UX designer will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for all our digital platforms. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
  • The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology
  • This role leans more towards UI, requiring a strong eye for detail, visual consistency, and interface polish. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in creating and evolving design systems, ensuring scalable and cohesive user interfaces across multiple touchpoints.
  • Investigate and gather user experience design requirements across all digital touchpoints, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with product team to define and prioritize user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and business objectives.
  • Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Designing, building, and maintaining scalable design systems and style guides to ensure brand and design consistency across platforms. Continuously test and refine design elements. Leverage insights and feedback to drive ongoing improvements to the digital experience.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Provide expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to guide design decisions while advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization.

Do Not Hesitate To Apply If You Have

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, In Vision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong background in user interface design with demonstrated experience maintaining and evolving design systems.
  • Experience with conducting usability testing, user research, and synthesizing insights.
  • A team player attitude but can work independently too.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
