UX UI Designer

Job Description

The UX/UI Designer is a key member of our product development team, responsible for crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in the entire design process, from conceptualization to delivering pixel-perfect interfaces, ensuring that our end users have an intuitive, visually appealing, and effective interaction with our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into outstanding design solutions. A thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, trends, and best practices is essential to succeed in this role. We are looking for a creative thinker, able to bring fresh ideas to the table, adapt to feedback, and continuously iterate and improve designs based on user research and analytics. As an advocate for our users, your designs will reflect empathy towards optimizing user satisfaction and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, observations, and usability testing.
• Create personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide design processes.
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and interactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.
• Translate complex systems and processes into simple and intuitive designs.
• Develop prototypes for feature testing and gather feedback from users.
• Ensure design consistency and cohesiveness across various digital channels.
• Adapt designs based on user feedback and performance analytics.
• Communicate design solutions and concepts to development teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Advocate for best UX/UI practices and enhance team workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a robust portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, and user research.
• Effective communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not mandatory for the role.
