Job Description
- Develop and implement Emiratisation strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks
- Partner with senior leadership and HR to identify key roles for national talent placement
- Build strong relationships with government entities, universities, and talent networks
- Design and manage programs that support Emirati career growth, retention, and succession planning
- Monitor progress against Emiratisation KPIs and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Champion a culture of inclusion and continuous development for UAE Nationals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across recruitment, learning, and performance functions
- UAE National with Family Book
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in Emiratisation, talent management, or strategic HR roles
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and national workforce initiatives
- Experience working in multinational or financial institutions is highly desirable
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic change
- Lead a high-impact national talent strategy within a global organization
