UAE Graduate Trainee UAE Nationals With Family Book Only

This Role is open for UAE Nationals with a family book ONLY due to mandatory regulatory requirements. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Mission

Throughout the graduate programme, the candidate will be rotated in various departments within UAE Branches. The programme is run over 18-24 months. Each rotation will be for a minimum of three months where the candidate will be having the opportunity to observe and perform certain tasks under supervision.

Direct Responsibilities

At the start of the journey, the Candidate must complete all mandatory induction sessions and modules. The Candidate needs to get familiarize with the Bank and its general policies and requirements such as: Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, Gift Policy ...etc

When starting the job rotation, the candidate will be expected to develop in-depth understanding of the department assigned with at each rotation, he/she will also be provided with a list of tasks to be performed under supervision. Regular reflections and updates are expected from the candidate to his/her Mentor, HR, Senior Managers and Country Head.

As mandated by the Regulatory, the candidate will need to attend Ethraa program by EIF, which runs over three phases for up to 12 months. The candidate will be fully dedicated and released to completing the modules which requires attending class room sessions at EIF and attending paper exams. The Bank will decide on the start date of the Ethraa program and the chosen Pathway after consulting the Candidate.

• Fresh Graduate with no engagement with any Banks in the last 12 months prior to employment with BNP Paribas
