About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Consultant based in Dubai with Arabic Speaking skills, with strong experience in corporate travel management and proficiency in Sabre GDS. You will manage corporate client travel needs, provide exceptional service, and ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Understand clients’ travel policies and preferences to provide personalized service.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

2. Travel Planning and Booking

• Use Tumodo platform and other tools to plan and book domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, car rentals, trains, etc.).
• Handle complex, multi-leg itineraries and prepare detailed travel documents.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies and negotiate rates with vendors.

3. Travel Coordination and Support

• Manage ticketing, itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to resolve disruptions promptly.
• Provide 24/7 support to clients in case of emergencies.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and technologies.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing to improve skills.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a corporate travel consultant.
• Proficiency in Sabre GDS and knowledge of major LCCs.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory for client communication).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in travel planning.
