Job Summary

The Arbor School is seeking a proactive Theatre and AV Technician to manage and maintain audio-visual systems across the school. The role includes supporting staff and students, overseeing sound, video, and lighting for performances and events, installing and troubleshooting equipment, managing AV resources, and delivering training. This is a unique opportunity to bring creativity and technical expertise to a dynamic and collaborative learning community.

Required Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong skills in sound, video, and lighting operations (theatre and events).
• Experience with analogue and digital sound desks, video switchers, live streaming systems, and editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
• Relevant Technical Theatre degree (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and innovate in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English communication (Arabic desirable)
