Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Textile Fabric Sales Executive to join our team. As a critical player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market share in the textile industry. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You should have a keen understanding of textile materials, market trends, and possess excellent negotiation skills. Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture professional relationships with current and potential clients in the textile industry.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address their requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote the company’s textile products.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to inventory planning and management.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and feedback to management for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in the textile industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Strong understanding of textile materials, products, and market trends is required.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to manage sales operations effectively.
