Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via phone to promote products and services effectively.
  • Follow up on leads generated through advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with detailed call notes and outcomes.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and quotas on a monthly basis.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage time efficiently to handle multiple calls and follow-ups daily.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products to meet them.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient sales strategies.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to track performance and results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tele sales or a related sales role is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and persistently pursue leads.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field preferred.
