Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote credit card products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and persuasively.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to any issues.

• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximize conversions.

• Collaborate with team members and management to develop sales strategies.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

• Continuously update knowledge of banking products and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Proven experience in tele sales, outbound sales, or call center operations is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Persuasive and results-driven personality.

• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

• Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time efficiently.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
