About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Technician to join the Engineering at Jumeirah Creekside. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Repair and maintenance of plumbing systems in the guest rooms, public areas and food and beverage facilities of SBU. Testing of water quality parameters in guest rooms and public areas
• To adhere to quarterly cleaning of shower heads in guest rooms and public areas as per Legionella standards. To carry out PPR, PVC, SS, GI, MS pipe repairs and regular PPM of PRVs.
• To maintain all pumps, PRVs & NRVs accordingly. To organise work in a skilled and professional manner. To advise supervisor promptly of any problem or challenges.
• Ensure that the par level of all plumbing l items is being maintained in the stores.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management. Will be asked to work in other areas such as guest room technician & others if needed.
  
  

About You

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electromechanical or plumbing related field
• At least 3yrs Experience in a 5-star Luxury hotel
• Knowledge in water quality standards is a must
• Knowledge in Legionella policy and process is a must
• Knowledge in water treatment policy and process is a must
