Our company is seeking a highly-skilled Technical Service Assistant who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers who speak Arabic. This involves diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, and delivering solutions via phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of customers while helping them solve their technical needs. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to Arabic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose technical issues and offer step-by-step troubleshooting solutions.
  • Clearly communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and technical problems.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Document all interactions in the company's customer support system efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Provide feedback and insights regarding customer issues to the product development team.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve technical support skills.
  • Contribute to the improvement of service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of support materials, such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
  • Strong technical aptitude with an ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and ticketing systems is preferred.
