A Customer Service Representative acts as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.   • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proven experience working in a customer service or related field preferred.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases is highly desired.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is advantageous.
