Technical Sales Manager – Industrial Lubricants

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000/month

Role Overview


We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the Middle East. This role is ideal for a technically proficient and commercially driven professional with experience in industrial lubricants or related sectors. The focus will be on expanding market share in the cable and wire manufacturing industries, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Provide technical support and product training to clients and partners
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market needs
  • Monitor customer stock levels and support demand planning
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Conduct regular site visits across the assigned territory
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
  • Participate in internal training and development programs
  • Candidate Profile


Essential Qualifications & Experience


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial lubricants or the cable manufacturing sector
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex accounts
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes such as wire drawing, metal forming, or conductor protection


Desirable Attributes


  • Familiarity with lubricant formulations or specialty chemicals
  • Experience working with international teams or in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of regional market dynamics in the GCC
