Sales Executive – Lubricants

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 – 17,000/month

Role Overview


A global manufacturer of premium specialty lubricants is seeking a Sales Executive to support its commercial growth across the Middle East. The role is focused on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving sales—particularly within the oil & gas, chemical, and industrial distribution sectors.


This is a commercially focused role, ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for building client relationships. While technical knowledge is an advantage, it is not essential.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events


Essential Qualifications & Experience


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within oil & gas, lubricants, chemicals, or related distribution sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to business development


Desirable Attributes


  • Exposure to specialty lubricants or industrial chemicals is a plus
  • Familiarity with regional markets in the GCC
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
