Experience a fast-paced, multicultural environment where your expertise in human resources will contribute to building a world-class employee experience while advancing your own career on a global stage.

As the Talent Attraction Manager - Candidate Journey, you will be responsible for enhancing the candidate journey across the recruitment lifecycle by tailoring experiences to specific candidate segments and ensuring alignment with the Group Employer Value Proposition. You will map and analyse key candidate touchpoints, identify potential pain points, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Communications, Marketing and Branding (CCMB), recruiters, and the Onboarding team.

In This Role, You Will

  • Monitor and analyse key candidate experience metrics, including Candidate Net Promoter Score (cNPS), application drop-off rates, and feedback from new joiners, to identify opportunities for improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for the CCMB Digital Product team, supporting the design, development, and ongoing optimisation of digital candidate journeys.
  • Represent the voice of the candidate across recruitment processes and forums, ensuring that experiences across sourcing, selection, and onboarding are seamless, inclusive, and aligned with best practice. Leverage recruitment systems and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Masar, HireVue, CRM) in coordination with relevant owners to support operational improvements.
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual candidate experience briefs, consolidating input from recruiters, onboarding, and employer branding teams. Ensure briefs are insight-driven and shared in a timely manner with CCMB to guide enhancements across candidate touchpoints.
  • Partner with Recruitment Managers to identify and activate the most effective job boards for each target audience (e.g., Indeed, AviationCV, Hosco). Work with CCMB to build engaging employer profiles and deliver tailored content. Monitor and analyse job board performance, providing actionable insights to maximise ROI.
  • Train, coach, and empower recruiters in the effective use of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, CRM). Develop guides, resources, and toolkits to support personalised candidate engagement strategies and foster knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Provide recruiters and hiring managers with customisable templates and guidelines to promote vacancies on LinkedIn. Establish governance and performance tracking for recruiter-generated content, and strengthen employee advocacy by delivering personal branding guidance and fostering a community of recruiter-brand ambassadors.
  • Continuously monitor global trends and emerging best practices in talent acquisition, introducing innovative approaches to enhance candidate experience and recruitment outcomes. Regularly assess sourcing platforms and application processes, translating insights into actionable improvements.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
