Job Title: Supply Chain Management Specialist
Core Accountabilities
The International Operations Supply Chain department is responsible for managing all supply chain-related activities for international defence programs within the EDGE Group. This includes overseeing procurement, logistics, supplier coordination, risk management, and compliance to ensure seamless support throughout the program lifecycle.
Support the identification and Supplier Selection process to ensure all suppliers meet our organizational requirements before engagement.
Implement Supply Chain Risk Management strategies and continuously monitor their effectiveness to prevent or minimize disruptions.
Support the execution of Supply Chain Centralization initiatives to streamline operations and optimize resource allocation.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and enhance overall performance.
Work within the evaluation process for Make vs. Buy decisions, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of relevant entities.
Seek cost optimization opportunities within projects
Drive supplier payments through measurement and performance tracking
From Lessons Learnt work on optimization and efficiency of projects and process

Ensure alignment with Group Supply Chain and that Commercial and Procurement process and Policy are followed.
Look forward into future programs and identify Supply Chain Risk and Opportunities ahead of time building mitigation plans and activities.
Work with Entities and Supply Chain to understand the optimum Inventory for project delivery, identify and manage projects conflicts across International and Domestic activities.
Assist with monitoring performance across the entire supply chain. You will build dashboards and reports to track performance in real-time, analyse data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Supporting Accountabilities

Experience & Education Qualifications:
Preferred 5 years in a Defence or related industry and 2 years in a role within a large corporate
Demonstrable experience of Industry and global best practice of topics relating to readiness and delivery performance
