Job Title: Supplier Operations Manager Location: United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire Start Date: Q4 2025

Job Description: We are seeking a highly driven Supplier Operations Manager to join a leading industrial group in the UAE. The selected candidate will play a critical role in overseeing supplier performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting strategic supply chain goals across regional and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement industrial performance analysis across key supplier networks
• Monitor and analyze supplier KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, cost, etc.)
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and improvement plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams
• Ensure supplier compliance with contractual and quality standards
• Contribute to strategic supply chain and operational efficiency projects
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for executive review

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
• Minimum 810 years of experience in supplier performance, industrial operations, or supply chain management
• Strong analytical background with experience in KPI reporting and root cause analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
