Role overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Strategic Executive Assistant – CFO Office to support the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Dubai. This is a pivotal role requiring a professional with strong financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced, international environments.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand to the CFO, managing executive-level deliverables, preparing high-impact financial presentations and board materials, and coordinating complex stakeholder engagements across regions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Finance qualification strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of senior executive support experience, preferably within financial services or a multinational corporate environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial statements, reporting cycles, and corporate finance concepts
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience preparing financial reports, investor decks, and board presentations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and business communication tools
  • Experience managing global stakeholder relationships across multiple regions and time zones
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential financial information


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, and enhance financial presentations, board reports, investor updates, and executive-level communications
  • Support the CFO in compiling financial insights and data for ExCo and board-level discussions
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for leadership meetings, investor roadshows, earnings calls, and multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Independently manage select projects and follow through on strategic initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Liaise on behalf of the CFO with internal departments, board members, external advisors, and investors
  • Assist with the budget planning cycle, forecasting processes, and quarterly business reviews
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on strategic and operational priorities
  • Maintain an organized system for managing financial documents, board papers, and meeting briefs
  • Provide full administrative support including complex calendar management and global travel arrangements
