Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. Your expertise in retail management will be crucial to achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient store operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, driving marketing efforts, managing inventory, and upholding our high standards for customer service. Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and guide store staff to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth within the store.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of store personnel.
  • Manage store budgets and optimize expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order products to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing store environment.
  • Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales and inventory needs.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Implement loss prevention measures to protect company assets and reduce shrinkage.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with the corporate team to align store operations with company goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and staff.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to analyze sales reports.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing store operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
