The Senior Solutions Advisor for Presales in Manufacturing role involves critical engagement with both the sales team and prospective clients to craft tailored solutions that address unique customer needs within the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of manufacturing industry trends and dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Design and present tailored solution proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead solution discovery sessions to assess client needs and challenges.
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology adoption and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support product development teams with customer insights and requirements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to provide market insights and recommend solutions.
  • Manage relationships with key industry partners and technology vendors.
  • Drive innovation by identifying new technologies that enhance solution offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation and solution presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of presales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a solution-oriented presales role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry-specific challenges.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex solutions in an accessible manner.
  • Experience with CRM software and presales management tools is desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
