Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire design process, from ideation to execution, for new product features.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and user needs.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing sessions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Maintain and enhance the visual design language and ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a growth environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform design strategy.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align design vision with business goals.
• Ensure all design solutions meet accessibility and inclusive design standards.
• Participate in design review meetings and present design concepts to key stakeholders.
• Continuously improve design processes and workflows for greater efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Strong expertise in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple design projects effectively.
