Sr Product Designer (225-1002)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative and user-centric products that align with the company's vision and goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to transform user requirements into engaging and functional design solutions. The Senior Product Designer plays a pivotal role in driving design direction, maintaining a cohesive design language, and ensuring every touchpoint offers a seamless user experience. Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation for various digital products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and practices, including responsive design.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
