Are you an experienced and creative interior designer or architect ready to take on a leadership role? UNS is seeking a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, guide talented designers, and represent our vision to clients and collaborators.

As a Senior Interior Designer/Architect, You Will

• Design Leadership: Independently create and develop interior designs, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Team Guidance: Mentor and guide less experienced interior designers and architects.
• Project Coordination: Oversee all phases of one large project or multiple smaller projects, ensuring seamless internal and external coordination.
• Client Representation: Act as the face of the project and the office, maintaining regular contact with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  
  

• Education: A master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, supplemented by training in relevant design software.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in interior design and ID delivery.
• Skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent collaboration skills, effective planning and organization, and negotiation expertise.
• Expertise: A broad orientation in the field and a commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and innovations.
• Experience within in large, scale international, geometrically-complex projects is a must.
• Documented interior design experience in producing BIM models through all stages of the design and construction documentation process.
• In-depth knowledge of Revit, NavisWorks, Dynamo and other BIM tools. Candidates with experience with Rhino.Inside, MKS Beam and other Rhino/Revit interoperability workflow tools are preferred.
• A good understanding of construction industry regulations and standards with regards to interior design.
• Goal-oriented, independent and proactive.
• A passion for BIM and how it can be used to push the productivity of those who work in design and construction.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading).
