Job Description

The Senior Account Executive is a vital member of our sales team, responsible for driving new business and managing key client relationships. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of developing and implementing effective sales strategies to ensure revenue growth. With a comprehensive understanding of our industry and a network of high-level contacts, the Senior Account Executive will identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, manage a portfolio of accounts, and maintain a deep understanding of client needs to provide optimized solutions. This position requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious sales targets. Success in this role relies on exceptional communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for exceeding client expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue objectives.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and industry-specific presentations to clients.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both company and client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product development and innovation.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of sales activities and client communications.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance company visibility and build professional networks.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior sales staff, promoting team development.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas through strategic planning and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales position with proven success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex sales data.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-profile accounts effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage sales activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
