Job Summary-
We are looking for a Specialty Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our unique and specialized outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Job Responsibility-
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of products
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and customer feedback
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with suppliers for product selection and pricing
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
