Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand's presence across various social media platforms. Your creativity, leadership, and strategic planning skills will be key in driving our brand's growth and engagement. You will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand identity. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the latest trends in social media. Working closely with our marketing department, you will ensure that our social media presence aligns with our overall marketing goals and objectives, creating an engaging and cohesive brand voice that captivates and grows our community.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic social media plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and original content for various social media platforms regularly.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends to adapt strategies for maximum impact.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing posts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and user engagement.
  • Coordinate social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and partner brands to enhance the company's reach.
  • Identify and resolve any social media-related issues or crises promptly and effectively.
  • Organize and host interactive events, such as live streams or webinars, to drive engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role is required.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media advertising, including paid campaigns and audience targeting.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
