Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Site Supervisor with minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction supervision. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, health & safety standards, and construction best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Oversee quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
- Manage and direct subcontractors, laborers, and site staff
- Conduct daily site inspections and report to Project Managers
- Maintain site records, logs, and documentation
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage
- Implement and enforce health & safety protocols (OSHAD, Dubai Civil Defense)
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in construction
- Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards (DM, Civil Defense, DEWA)
- Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Certification in OSHAD, NEBOSH, or IOSH
- Experience with BIM and construction software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project)
- Knowledge of MEP coordination
