Senior Test Equipment Engineer (225-1011)

A Senior Test Equipment Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced test equipment systems for product testing and validation processes. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, as well as experience in creating innovative solutions to complex testing challenges. The Senior Test Equipment Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure the highest product standards are met. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Five plus years of experience in designing and developing test equipment systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring junior engineering staff.
• Solid understanding of calibration standards and equipment maintenance practices.
