Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to establish a strong professional presence.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate benefits.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on customer feedback and changing market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales strategies and market trends effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite to manage client information and sales data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop junior sales team members.
