Job Description

The Senior Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and developing the financial health of the bank's client relationships. Tasked with the responsibility of managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, the Senior Relationship Manager serves as the key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This professional must possess a deep understanding of financial products and services and leverage this knowledge to offer tailored solutions based on individual client needs. A Senior Relationship Manager is also charged with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and enhancing profitability through proactive client engagement. Cultivating and establishing trustful long-term partnerships, they must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills to advocate for clients and foster enduring business relationships. As an integral member of the team, they are expected to collaborate cross-functionally, align with strategic objectives, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial portfolios to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide updated advice.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on client financials and investment strategies.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to enhance client relationships and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and support their professional development.
  • Participate in networking events and forums to enhance the company's presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in relationship management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients and achieving targets.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
