Responsibilities

Subsea7 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner to lead project scheduling and planning activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, providing strategic planning insights, and mentoring junior team members to ensure timely project delivery.

These shall include but not be limited to the following:

• Develop, review, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Lead planning activities across multiple projects phase, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Analyse project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide expert advice on schedule development, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support project risk management by assessing schedule impacts of scope changes and delays.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of planning experience in offshore oil & gas or large-scale engineering projects.
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 and project scheduling standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and safety standards.
