About The Opportunity

Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement a high-impact, scalable volume hiring strategy across 4 business verticals and 8 countries.
  • Align TA strategy with business needs and growth plans to ensure robust workforce pipelines for frontline and high-volume roles.

Process Optimization & Delivery:

  • Lead end-to-end volume hiring processes, ensuring speed, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Standardize and streamline operational hiring workflows across regions to minimize time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience.
  • Monitor and improve key hiring metrics (e.g., TTH, offer acceptance rates, on time delivery, churn in first 90 days).

Technology & Automation:

  • Identify, propose, and implement innovative TA tools, platforms, and automation solutions to improve productivity and scalability.
  • Partner with People Tech and HR Ops to integrate fit-for-purpose systems (e.g., CRM, ATS workflows, chatbots, scheduling tools).

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build trusted partnerships with HRBPs, business leaders, and regional TA teams to understand hiring needs and drive accountability.
  • Act as a TA advisor on market trends, capacity forecasting, and proactive pipelining for bulk roles.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management:

  • Lead and coach a team of recruiters and coordinators across countries.
  • Manage relationships with RPOs, external agencies, and assessment partners for large-scale recruitment campaigns.

What Did We Order?

  • 8–10 years of TA experience with at least 3–5 years in volume/mass hiring environments, preferably in tech-enabled, multi-country businesses (e.g., e-commerce, food delivery, logistics, retail).
  • Proven experience designing and leading large-scale recruitment strategies across diverse geographies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to make hiring decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with modern TA tools (e.g., Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Avature), high-volume ATS capabilities, and automation solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
