- Head of the Enterprise Fraud Management (EFM) system - responsible for system development and managing real-time alerts to prevent Fraud losses.
- Enterprise level role - Responsible for implementing a world-class Fraud Risk framework/strategy through cutting-edge Fraud Prevention/Detection technologies like Data Forensics and Social Media investigations. The role is Bank-wide, including direct responsibility of anti-fraud function in Egypt.
- Planning & organizing both internal & external financial investigations dealing with the identification, seizure of personal & business assets/monies fraudulently obtained. Maintain a confidential Whistle-Blowing program to enable stakeholders to confidentially report fraud/misconduct.
Conduct Fraud Risk Assessments & provide expert advice on new products/initiatives (Digital Products, Mashreq Neo, etc), prior to launch to safeguard Fraud risk.
