Role/Job Title: Area Head-Unsecured

Function/ Department: Rural Banking

Job Purpose

Grow and nurture the Unsecured Book, ensure book health, focus on New Products (PL & Agri), Champion serving the underserved.

Roles & Responsibilities

Effectively manage the team of cluster heads for business growth and above 99.8% collections across all products

Business growth in each unsecured loans product with equal focus

Focusing on products and branches which are lacking and help bringing them up

Business planning and sharp execution on ground as expected by organization

Effective strategize and plan for each product and branch as per their performance on business and collections

Controlling attrition and people development

Focus on market penetration of our products. Ensure increase in market share

Secondary Responsibilities

Work closely with Product and process team for continuous improvements. Recommend changes.

Promote digital adoption.

Being aware of market practices that are followed and propose for implementation of best practices.

Hiring of best talent for business requirement.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

Execute organization strategies and align team effectively with a aim to create a healthy organizational culture.

Work on leadership development within team

Key Success Metrics

Continous growth in Business. Current bucket collections ar 99.8% and minimal compliance issues

Education Qualification: Any graduate

Experience : 5 - 10 years of work experience
