On a given day, you will:
Collect, cleanse, and analyse large datasets from various HR systems and sources.
Design and develop interactive HR dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery, etc.
Automate regular and ad hoc HR reporting processes using Appscript and other scripting solutions.
Apply AI/ML models for predictive analytics, talent management, hiring, attrition analysis, sentiment analysis, etc.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights on workforce trends, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Generate monthly/quarterly HR metric reports including headcount, attrition, diversity, employee engagement, recruitment funnel, performance, and compensation analytics.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive HR data in all analyses.
Stay updated on the latest trends in HR analytics, AI applications, and data visualisation best practices.

We would love to work with you if you:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, HR, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Bring 4–7 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a data/BI role with a strong focus on HR functions.
Have advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including Appscript, for strong spreadsheet manipulation and automation.
Are proficient in data visualisation with tools like Looker Studio and have experience with BigQuery.
Possess experience in building and maintaining dashboards and automated reports.
Are familiar with AI/ML models used in HR analytics, such as predictive modelling and sentiment analysis.
Have a solid understanding of HR systems and data structures.
