Senior HR Analytics Executive

On a given day, you will:

• Collect, cleanse, and analyse large datasets from various HR systems and sources.
• Design and develop interactive HR dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery, etc.
• Automate regular and ad hoc HR reporting processes using Appscript and other scripting solutions.
• Apply AI/ML models for predictive analytics, talent management, hiring, attrition analysis, sentiment analysis, etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights on workforce trends, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Generate monthly/quarterly HR metric reports including headcount, attrition, diversity, employee engagement, recruitment funnel, performance, and compensation analytics.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive HR data in all analyses.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in HR analytics, AI applications, and data visualisation best practices.
• Leverage AI-driven solutions to transform HR data into strategic insights that drive business success.

We would love to work with you if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, HR, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Bring 4–7 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a data/BI role with a strong focus on HR functions.
• Have advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including Appscript, for strong spreadsheet manipulation and automation.
• Are proficient in data visualisation with tools like Looker Studio and have experience with BigQuery.
• Possess experience in building and maintaining dashboards and automated reports.
• Are familiar with AI/ML models used in HR analytics, such as predictive modelling and sentiment analysis.
• Have a solid understanding of HR systems and data structures.
