The Senior Financial Controlling Analyst plays a critical role in guiding a company's financial strategy and ensuring its fiscal health. Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide junior financial analysts in developing analysis skills.
  • Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses to support key business decisions and projects.
  • Stay informed on the latest financial regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis or control.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, benchmarks, and fiscal processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or other financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with a detail-oriented mind.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
