As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team and contribute to the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (invoices, receipts, bank statements, etc.)
  
  

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including timely reconciliation
  
  

• Prepare monthly financial reports, ledgers, and cash flow statements
  
  

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  
  

• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations
  
  

• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
  
  

• Ensure timely payment of salaries, vendor dues, and company obligations
  
  

• Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions
  
  

• Coordinate with other departments to track expenses and allocate budgets
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
  

• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (experience in the financial/forex sector is a plus)
  
  

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)
  
  

• Strong Excel and data entry skills
  
  

• Familiarity with UAE VAT and regulatory frameworks
  
  

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  
  

• Ability to manage confidential data with integrity
