The finance family is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.
The Senior Financial Analyst acts as an advisor to the managers, directors and vice presidents of Pharmasciences International business unit. The individual will be responsible for providing financial support to our commercial and finance teams in reviewing monthly results, launching new commercial products, supporting business cases, executing margin optimization strategies, and planning for future forecasts. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst for managing business processes within SAP and OneStream and will be responsible for providing variance analysis, performance insights, and making directional decisions.
The Analyst will perform accounting and financial activities related to month-end activities, financial reporting and analysis, and develop process improvement activities by creating reference tools. This position is intended for a self-starter, highly motivated individual who enjoys taking on constant challenges and leverages exceptional technical skills to optimize internal processes and drive operational excellence as well as exceptional financial performance.

Responsibilities
Financial Analysis
Develop, prepare and present the financial results of profits and losses for the regions: MEA.
Support Finance Manager with month end and year end global reporting;
Perform a monthly financial analysis of revenues and expenses for each service project as well as for the sale of products for the 3 regions.
Planning
Lead forecasting and planning for MEA and support Finance Manager with global PSI reporting;
Plan, coordinate and prepare the financial information required for the annual budget and the strategic plan in collaboration with each department according to the schedule established by the company.
Finance and Trade Support
Support the sales team in the evaluation of new business opportunities;
Lead financial projections and new product launch planning;
Provide ad hoc analysis and margin optimization strategy support.
Accounting
Coordinate and perform month-end analysis and journal entries after adjustment;
Prepare and present monthly results to the companys finance teams.
Year End Accounting of Sales in Transit for the business and support Year end audit information requests.
Controls, Processes and System
Review and implement best practices in terms of financial and process control including the commission accrual process in SAP;
Maintain good documentation for all business and accounting processes;
Work collaboratively with other business units to leverage best practices;
Promote the continuous improvement of our current business processes and systems.
Skills, Knowledge And Abilities
Good ability to manage multiple projects and respond confidently to urgent requests from management with confidence
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint environment as well as the SAP system;
