Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated communication strategies across all organization platforms.
Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive project success.
Create and oversee internal and external communication, aligning with strategic goals.
Ensure that all communication content is consistent, compelling, and effectively branded.
Manage stakeholder relationships and enhance organizational partnerships for project success.
Analyze project performance data to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes.
Prepare regular project reports offering insights into project health and progress.
Develop risk management plans and implement risk mitigation strategies proactively.
Enhance team productivity through leadership, support, and guidance on projects.
Monitor industry trends to ensure the organization’s communication strategies are current.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in communication methods.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in communications and project management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required for this role.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse and multifaceted teams.
Proven track record in developing successful communication strategies and plans.
Demonstrated ability in managing complex projects within deadlines and budgets.
Experience in risk management and problem-solving under high-pressure circumstances.
