Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of advanced data models and insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves working with complex datasets, deploying machine learning algorithms, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines deep statistical knowledge with strong business acumen and programming expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends and patterns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.

• Design data-driven solutions to optimize operations and customer engagement.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

• Implement data validation and quality control processes.

• Stay up-to-date with new data science tools and technologies.

• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.

• Translate business problems into analytical models and experiments.

• Build scalable and reusable code for data analysis and modeling.

Requirements:

• Master’s in  Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science or analytics.

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).

• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and data visualization.

• Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or AWS.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
