Elevare Management Consultancy LLC invites applications from highly experienced and motivated Senior Architects to lead the architectural design, Development Application (DA), and Building Approval (BA) documentation for key Australian projects. This position is based in Dubai with a primary focus on managing and delivering architectural services aligned with Australian regulatory standards.

About the Role

As a Senior Architect, you will spearhead multi-disciplinary teams comprising interior and exterior designers, ensuring seamless project execution from concept through to council approvals. Your expertise in industrial, warehouse, and mixed-use developments will be critical in driving innovative, compliant, and client-focused design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of DA and BA drawings in accordance with Australian laws and council regulations.
• Conduct in-depth research on relevant laws and local council requirements to guide project compliance.
• Drive creative architectural approaches that optimize industrial and mixed-use developments.
• Mentor and manage a team of interior and exterior designers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities through all project phases.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 to 20 years of extensive professional experience, with demonstrable expertise in Australian industrial, warehouse, and mixed-use project delivery.
• Proven success in navigating Australian planning systems and building approval processes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing design teams and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Exceptional skills in architectural documentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
• Adaptable, research-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest quality of work.
