Job Description

The Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the management and growth of key client accounts within the company. This position demands a highly skilled individual capable of nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and uplifting revenue targets. As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as the primary liaison with key clients and internal teams, translating client needs into actionable tasks to achieve the desired outcomes. You will need to leverage strong communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities to meet and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market and industry trends, allowing them to offer insightful recommendations to clients and guide them toward their business objectives effectively. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders and executives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and develop strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and support client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to gather feedback and optimize service.
  • Prepare and present detailed account reports, outlining performance and growth predictions.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently while coordinating with other departments for optimal solutions.
  • Monitor the market and competitor activities to identify business trends and opportunities.
  • Foster a customer-centric environment that emphasizes adherence to client specifications.
  • Assist in strategic planning and execution of initiatives that align with client goals.
  • Mentor and support junior account managers to enhance team capability and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and achieving growth targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for client management.
