Job Description
- Own the end-to-end release process across SAP and non-SAP platforms
- Define and execute release plans, including rollback and contingency steps
- Ensure release packages are tested, verified, and production-ready
- Automate release and rollback workflows to reduce manual effort and risk
- Maintain accurate release records in the CMDB and ensure audit readiness
- Monitor release progress and proactively manage risks and issues
- Lead post-release reviews and embed lessons learned into future cycles
- Minimum 7+ years of IT experience, including SAP release and deployment management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Octopus Deploy).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, CSM, RTE, PMP or equivalent.
