Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and explain products in a persuasive manner to increase sales.
  • Engage with potential customers actively to foster positive interactions.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs to tailor product presentations effectively.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to handle customer queries expertly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Achieve targeted sales goals by converting prospects into sales.
  • Create an appealing store display to attract prospective customers efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management promptly.
  • Gather and provide feedback on customer experiences and comments to management.
  • Participate actively in promotional events, ensuring maximum product exposure.
  • Queue up and follow up with potential leads to drive future sales.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues and proposing solutions.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales role, specifically in promotions, preferred.
  • Strong ability to communicate and engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a positive and engaging demeanor.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and proactive personality is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
  • Capability to work independently and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing is advantageous.
