Job Description

As a Sales Promoter for Cosmetics, you will play a crucial role in the marketing and sales strategy of beauty and personal care products. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand visibility, engage with customers, and increase product sales through dynamic demonstrations and comprehensive explanations of cosmetic products. You will be an ambassador for the brand, providing vital information and assistance to consumers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Your expertise in cosmetics, combined with your persuasive communication skills, will contribute significantly to achieving sales targets and fostering customer loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Engage and interact with customers to promote cosmetic products effectively.
  • Demonstrate the application and benefits of cosmetics to potential buyers.
  • Provide comprehensive product information, including features and benefits.
  • Generate excitement and encourage customer trials and purchases of cosmetics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with retail staff and coordinate promotional activities or events.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance brand image and reputation.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional displays and booths.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Provide insights and feedback to marketing teams to improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or promotion, preferably in cosmetics retail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers.
  • Ability to demonstrate cosmetic products attractively and confidently.
  • Knowledgeable about current beauty trends and cosmetic products.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High level of motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
