Job Description

As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with customers to build and maintain strong relationships. Your charismatic and persuasive abilities will be crucial in driving brand awareness and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for showcasing the unique features of our products and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. A key part of your role will involve identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchase process. Your efforts will directly contribute to generating leads that enhance the company’s overall sales performance. Working closely with both the marketing and sales teams, you will have a significant impact on brand visibility and revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to promote products and explain features.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services being promoted.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and reactions.
  • Attend trade shows and other exhibitions to represent the company and its products.
  • Monitor sales metrics and adapt strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Research and understand rival products and competitors in the industry.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
  • Assist in setting up promotional displays and exhibitions as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a promoter or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage customers.
  • Strong customer service skills with an ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions efficiently.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • High degree of self-motivation and strong work ethic driven by sales goals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
