Job Description

As a Sales Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our products by engaging with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to increase brand awareness and attract new clients through various strategies and marketing techniques. This position requires excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to influence purchasing decisions positively. You will be working in dynamic environments such as retail stores, exhibitions, and promotional events, representing the company and its products. Responsibilities

  • Collect feedback from customers to improve service and product offerings.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences regularly.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Participate in training sessions to upgrade skills and product knowledge.
  • Implement innovative approaches for increasing customer engagement and sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using technology such as tablets and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Energetic and approachable demeanor with a passion for sales and marketing.
