The Sales & Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role within our company, responsible for seamlessly bridging the gap between the sales and operations departments. This position requires a high level of organization, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure both departments function efficiently and achieve their goals. As a Sales & Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for monitoring sales performance, managing the sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy of data in the CRM system, and coordinating closely with operations to ensure that the products are delivered effectively and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining operational excellence while supporting sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and optimizing customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be an excellent problem solver, equipped with strong planning abilities, who can thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between sales and operations teams to align on company goals and targets.
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports and insights on trends.
  • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of data in CRM and other sales-related systems.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to meet product delivery schedules and customer expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Support sales representatives with administrative tasks and resource allocation as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and events to drive company growth.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement strategies to optimize efficiencies.
  • Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, budgets, and financial reports for management review.
  • Act as a liaison to resolve any operational issues that may impact sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or operations coordination role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
